Green Goddess Smoothie

Smoothies are one of my favorite go-to breakfasts. They're simple, fast, and delicious. Most smoothies are already plant-based, so this is a meal that most people are already familiar with. This Green Goddess Smoothie is packed full of nutrients, and tastes great. It is also the perfect way to sneak greens into a meal, since you can't even taste them!

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 2-3 cups spinach
- 1/2-3/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- nuts or granola for topping
METHOD
In a blender add the banana, mango, spinach, plant milk, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides every so often. Add more milk if needed, but try to add as little as possible for a thicker smoothie. The best way to blend is to start slow and slowly work your way up to a faster speed. Add ice if fruits are not frozen. Enjoy!
