Who knew that brownies could be made of beans? Black beans give these brownies a whole new level of moistness, and a major protein boost. They also enhance the flavor by creating a richness and fudgeyness that most other brownies lack. These brownies are also made easy by only requiring a blender, so washing dishes goes by quickly. These are by far, one of the best dessert recipes on this sight, and a healthier version of a classic. Not only are these black bean brownies packed full of nutrients, but they help to save land and water by being 100% plant-based. Plant-based desserts don't require eggs or cream, which means that the dairy industry is inessential. The dairy industry uses up more land, water, and emits more harmful gases than the farmers of fruits and vegetables. These brownies help save our Earth, while also tasting amazing!
