Crispy Chickpeas

Crispy chickpeas are the perfect way to elevate your snack game. They are packed with protein, and taste incredible. These chickpeas are spicy, but not too spicy. They make a great topping for salads and stir frys, but also work great as a quick snack. Even people who aren't the biggest fans of chickpeas are guaranteed to enjoy this crunchy treat. RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD
Rinse, drain, and dry the chickpeas. The less moisture the better. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas and olive oil until the chickpeas are fully coated. Add all of the spices to the bowl and coat the chickpeas. Pour the chickpeas onto a baking tray and spread out. Roast for 15-20 minutes, and then cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
